balanced stay
convenient location easy access helpful staff limited breakfast noisy room no fridge
the location is quite convenient. it allows easy access to transportation, made getting around the city simple. the staff were very helpful. they were always ready to assist with directions and information..
the breakfast was limited in variety. it lacked options that would cater to different dietary needs. the room was a bit noisy. sounds from the hallway and other rooms were easily heard. there was no fridge in the room. it would have been useful for keeping drinks cold.

i stayed in a family room. the room was modern and spacious. the staff offers free water (that was a nice detail). the location is near the center.

fresh watermelon helpful staff
The staff helped with directions to the river taxis. the breakfast included fresh watermelon, i liked that. bottles of water were available to take for free. That was convenient. leaving our bags at reception after checkout was possible.
The walls were thin. I heard sounds from other rooms.

a mixed stay due to noise and ventilation
small window loud noise
the small window in the room was a real problem. it was behind a shutter i couldn't open, so no fresh air came in. wet clothes never dried, and the air felt stuffy. i also could hear everything, like kids running and chatting late at night or early in the morning. it was hard to sleep well.
